Provisional list of events in 2012 to be attended by The Clan Mackenzie Society of
Scotland and the UK:
- Saturday 14th April: Memorial Service at Culloden Battlefield (the service is usually around 11am).
- 17th - 19th May: AGM weekend in Edinburgh. Book launch of Andrew Mackenzie's new clan history on Thursday evening at Bonhams. Visits to places of interest on Friday and Saturday morning. AGM at tea-time on Saturday, followed by dinner (venue to be confirmed).
- Saturday 30th June: Gairloch Highland Gathering - the Society will have a table in the big tent.
- 14 July: Roderick MacKenzie Memorial Service in Glenmoriston, followed by a riverside picnic. See page on RM_1745. The new information board will be unveiled.
- Saturday 11th August: Strathpeffer Highland Games and Clan Mackenzie Tent (from 11am to late afternoon).
